Recent News!

Our firm of Smith & Smith, Marcia A. Smith and David O. Smith, obtained a Jury Verdict for more than $410,000.00 in Laurel Circuit Court in the case styled, Certified Restoration Services Inc. v. Sean and Blanca Fitzgerald, #21-CI-00277, for malicious filing of a civil case, slander of title, defective construction, violation of the Kentucky Consumer Protection Act, and punitive damages.

 

The jury found for our clients on every count. Certified Restoration Services Inc. is a West Palm Beach, Florida Company that has approximately eleven cases filed against homeowners and their insurers in Knox, Laurel, Whitley, and Rockcastle Counties.
