The stock market lost more value on Christmas Eve except for Christmas Eve 1931, in the depression.

We have separated and harmed thousands of children, separating them from their parents at our southern border - and many may never be reunited. This is exasperated by the tragic death of two children in the custody of the U.S. Border Patrol. That’s really making us great.

We have had more associates of the President indicted than at any time in our history. Isn’t that great?

One of the great things about America is our national parks, national monuments, and protected areas. But, it appears that what is greater is to sell or lease them for oil/gas exploration or mining. It was a not great idea to protect them. It’s great to destroy them, isn’t it? I’m sure we’ll do more in 2019.

A great thing in 2018 was the “fireside tweets” - we can expect more in 2019. There is nothing more presidential and great than to trash people in fireside tweets.

In 2019 we can expect more greatness from halting criminal syndicates of mothers, fathers, and children who are “attacking” our border to escape gang violence in South America and to seek a better life. It is great not to help people who seek safety, isn’t it?

2019 may be an even greater year for funneling money to porn stars and playmates to assist them in rehabilitating themselves. Isn’t that great?

We can expect the evangelicals to come into the mainstream even more in 2019 and to forgive adultery, fornication, golden showers for a man and his cohorts who don’t attend church. It will be great. I can’t wait for Franklin Graham to start preaching that just grabbing a female crotch is clearly condoned by the sacred word of Mr. T., which is the equivalent to the word of Moses.

We can only thank those who know more than us that we have, in his own words, a “stable genius” leading us in 2019, to make us great.

It is the New Year and our government is shut down - because our President wants us to go in debt $5 billion to build a wall. Pretty great, right?

How much more greatness can we stand? Only time, history and disaster will tell.
